Store Policies
Items are handmade & made to order so they will take 2 to 4 weeks to ship once your order is placed. Some colors May vary. Some products may take a week more.
Shipping date and information will be provided in the item’s buying page.
I will ship to the address provided by you, please check it several times to avoid any lost package. Any message with a new address will not be valid.
If you do not receive the package because the Postal Service couldn’t find you or any other reason not attributable to me, I can send it back but shipping must be paid again, In this cases refunds or replacements are not available.
Important: If you the package is not claimed for a reason attributable to the customer and gets back to me, it cannot be returned or refunded after passing 30 natural days after being delivered to me. Example: If the Postal Service can’t find you & the package don’t gets claimed after 30 days, I can’t return it or refund it.
I’m not responsible for import fees.
AUSTRALIA & CANADA INFORMATION: I don’t ship to Australia or Canada anymore, this is because they don’t scan the package when it gets out of my country until it reaches your door. A practice I don’t like. I can check if you received it when I get notified once it gets signed. Scammers will be exposed.
Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final.
Exchanges or refunds will be accepted if the product delivered is not what you ordered or is defective for reasons attributable to us.
Cancellations: Please review your order before placing it, this is a very small shop and when you order, I make it. I can’t afford to have big stocks or availability, everything is made to order, so once ordered, no cancellations can be made, unless is a duplicated product or order.
I do not cancel orders after they are submitted.

Tracking information
All of the orders will be shipped from Mexico with registered mail and tracking number included, you can check the status of your shipment here
You can also check the status in the USPS Website (they take care of the package once it reaches the US).
Before it gets to the United States I recommend to check both.

If your order is international you can check the status of your shipment in your local postal service.

Postal service times can vary, once I ship them I’m not responsible for the delays of periods managed by the Postal Service.
