Store Policies

Production & Shipping Times

All items are handmade and made to order. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for production after your order is placed. Certain products may take more days to ship depending on the demand or complexity.
Shipping times and details are listed on each product’s page. Colors May Vary.

Shipping Address

I ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please check it carefully before placing your order.
Messages requesting a change of address after purchase will not be accepted.

Unclaimed / Undeliverable Packages

If your package is not delivered due to an incorrect address, inability to locate you, or any issue not caused by me, I can resend it—but shipping costs must be paid again.
Refunds or replacements are not available in these cases.

If the package is returned to me and remains unclaimed for over 30 calendar days after delivery back to me, I won’t be able to resend or refund it.
Example: If the postal service can’t find you and the package is not claimed within 30 days, it’s considered forfeited.

Import Duties

I’m not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees in your country.

Signature Requirements & Carrier Procedures

All orders are shipped through third-party postal and courier services. Delivery procedures — including but not limited to signature requirements, delivery attempts, notice slips, holding periods, and return handling — are determined solely by the carrier and may vary by country, service level, and local postal regulations.

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery. This requirement is set by the carrier and is not controlled or selected by our store. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and following any delivery instructions or notices issued by the carrier.

If a parcel is not collected, refused, or returned due to missed delivery attempts or unclaimed status, the outcome is governed by the carrier’s process. Our store cannot guarantee re-delivery conditions once a shipment has been processed through the postal system

Refunds & Cancellations

All Sales Are Final

Because everything is made to order, I don’t accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.

Exceptions only apply if:

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The product is defective due to a mistake on my part.

Cancellations are only accepted in the case of a duplicate product or order, and must be requested immediately.

Shipping & Refund Policy

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the corresponding postal or courier service, The Night Squadron is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, theft, or returns caused by the carrier’s handling.

If a package is not received by the recipient and is returned to the sender due to reasons beyond The Night Squadron’s control (including, but not limited to: incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailability, failure to claim the package, refusal of delivery, or postal service errors), no refunds will be issued.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

Any reshipment of a returned package must be paid for again by the customer, including shipping and handling costs.

Split Shipments Policy

Because all The Night Squadron items are handmade, made to order, and produced in small batches, a single order may be shipped in multiple separate packages and on different dates, without prior notice.

This may occur due to production timelines, material availability, quality control, or operational logistics.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that receiving a partial shipment does not constitute full delivery of the order, and that any remaining items will be shipped as soon as they are ready.

Split shipments do not qualify for order cancellation, refunds, or chargebacks as long as the remaining items are still within the stated production and fulfillment timeframe at the time of purchase.

Each package may have its own tracking number and independent delivery cycle.

Tracking Information

All orders are shipped from Mexico with registered mail and a tracking number.

You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation, or through the USPS website (once it enters the U.S.).

If you’re ordering internationally, you can also track your shipment through your local postal service.

Updates to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect once posted on the website.

Updated Terms apply to all future use of the site and to any ongoing issues or disputes related to previous orders.

By continuing to use the site or place orders after updates are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.
