Production & Shipping Times

All items are handmade and made to order. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for production after your order is placed. Some colors may vary slightly. Certain products may take up to 1 additional week to ship.
Shipping times and details are listed on each product’s page.

Shipping Address

I ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please check it carefully before placing your order.
Messages requesting a change of address after purchase will not be accepted.

Unclaimed / Undeliverable Packages

If your package is not delivered due to an incorrect address, inability to locate you, or any issue not caused by me, I can resend it—but shipping costs must be paid again.
Refunds or replacements are not available in these cases.

If the package is returned to me and remains unclaimed for over 30 calendar days after delivery back to me, I won’t be able to resend or refund it.
Example: If the postal service can’t find you and the package is not claimed within 30 days, it’s considered forfeited.

Import Duties

I’m not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees in your country.

Australia & Canada

I do ship to Australia and Canada, but please be aware: postal services in both countries do not scan packages after they leave my country.
Tracking may appear inactive for an extended period, even though the package is in transit. I only receive confirmation once the package is delivered and signed for.
This lack of tracking visibility creates uncertainty, so I ask for your patience.
Any attempt at fraud will be exposed.

Refunds & Cancellations

All Sales Are Final

Because everything is made to order, I don’t accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.

Exceptions only apply if:

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The product is defective due to a mistake on my part.

Cancellations are only accepted in the case of a duplicate product or order, and must be requested immediately.

Tracking Information

All orders are shipped from Mexico with registered mail and a tracking number.

You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation, or through the USPS website (once it enters the U.S.).

If you’re ordering internationally, you can also track your shipment through your local postal service.
